Quando ti appresti a girare, uno dei giorni più strambi e divertenti è quello in cui con tutti i capi dipartimento fai il giro delle location. È come andare in passeggiata scolastica con una decina di amici, ognuno con le sue domande, il suo blocco per le note, i suoi consigli. Se poi finisci nella nebbia in luoghi degni del «Signore degli Anelli» dopo mezz’ora di cammino nel bosco, allora non puoi che farti due risate e tornare a casa stanco ma felice.

When you’re getting ready to shoot, one of the weirdest and funniest days is when you and all the heads of departments take a tour of the locations. It’s like going on a school walk with a dozen friends, everyone with their own questions, their own notepad, their own advice. If you end up in the fog in places worthy of the “Lord of the Rings” after a walk in the woods, then you can’t help but laugh and go home tired but happy.
